TeachLink website এবং services ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিচের Terms and Conditions মেনে নিচ্ছেন। যদি আপনি এই terms-এর সাথে একমত না হন, তাহলে অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের platform ব্যবহার করবেন না।
- Service overview
TeachLink একটি teacher marketplace platform, যেখানে guardians, students এবং teachers একে অপরের সাথে connect হতে পারেন tutor hiring, tuition opportunity এবং education-related support-এর উদ্দেশ্যে।
- User eligibility
TeachLink ব্যবহার করতে হলে user-কে:
- সঠিক ও সত্য তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে
- আইনসম্মত উদ্দেশ্যে platform ব্যবহার করতে হবে
- অন্য user-দের প্রতি respectful আচরণ করতে হবে
Guardian, student, teacher বা admin হিসেবে platform use করা যেতে পারে, depending on available features.
- Account and profile responsibility
যদি আপনি profile বা account create করেন, তাহলে:
- আপনার তথ্য সঠিক রাখতে হবে
- misleading বা fake information ব্যবহার করা যাবে না
- unauthorized access বা misuse করা যাবে না
TeachLink প্রয়োজনে কোনো profile review, suspend বা remove করতে পারে।
- Tutor profiles and tuition posts
Teachers তাদের subject, experience, fee, location এবং profile-related তথ্য submit করতে পারবেন।
Guardians বা students tuition requirement submit করতে পারবেন।
সব user নিশ্চিত করবেন যে submitted তথ্য:
- সত্য
- updated
- lawful
- non-defamatory
- non-misleading
- Hiring and selection
TeachLink matching বা discovery-তে সহায়তা করতে পারে, কিন্তু final hiring decision guardian/student এবং teacher-এর পারস্পরিক সিদ্ধান্তের ওপর নির্ভর করবে।
TeachLink কোনো specific tutor selection বা outcome guarantee করে না।
- Payments
বর্তমান বা future feature অনুযায়ী payments platform-এর মাধ্যমে বা direct arrangement-এর মাধ্যমে হতে পারে।
TeachLink payment dispute, delayed payment বা private arrangement-এর সব ক্ষেত্রে দায়ী থাকবে না, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Reviews and ratings
User-রা reviews বা ratings দিতে পারলে তা honest, fair এবং বাস্তব experience-এর ভিত্তিতে হতে হবে।
False, abusive, misleading বা harmful reviews সরিয়ে দেওয়া হতে পারে।
- Prohibited activities
TeachLink ব্যবহার করে নিচের কাজগুলো করা যাবে না:
- fake profile তৈরি
- spam বা harassment
- abusive language
- fraud বা scam attempt
- অন্যের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য misuse
- malicious content upload
- platform bypass করে harmful activity করা
- Intellectual property
TeachLink website-এর design, branding, logo, content structure এবং platform materials TeachLink-এর property, unless otherwise stated।
Without permission এগুলো copy, reproduce বা commercial use করা যাবে না।
- Third-party links and services
Website-এ third-party tools, links, plugins বা services থাকতে পারে। TeachLink এসব third-party service-এর content, policy বা performance-এর জন্য directly responsible নয়।
- Service availability
TeachLink চেষ্টা করবে service active ও updated রাখতে, তবে uninterrupted বা error-free service সবসময় guarantee করা যায় না।
Feature change, maintenance, suspension বা removal যেকোনো সময় হতে পারে।
- Limitation of liability
TeachLink tutor performance, student result, private agreement, user misconduct বা third-party issue-এর জন্য full liability নেবে না।
Platform use আপনার নিজ দায়িত্বে।
- Termination
TeachLink প্রয়োজনে কোনো account, listing, tuition post বা profile suspend, restrict বা remove করতে পারে যদি terms violation বা suspicious activity পাওয়া যায়।
- Changes to terms
TeachLink যেকোনো সময় এই Terms and Conditions update করতে পারে। Updated version publish হওয়ার পর continued use মানে updated terms accept করা হয়েছে।
- Governing principle
এই platform Bangladesh-based service হিসেবে পরিচালিত, এবং applicable local rules, practical business standards এবং service policy অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
